  • Limited accommodation slots are available, and they will be allotted on a first-come-first basis.  Additional charges may apply to access the venue if you decide to stay elsewhere (or after the accommodation quota is exceeded).  The Heavens Ledge/Last Shola management decide this.
  • The estate owners decide the accommodation + food or the entry fee, and the Bison Ultra organizing crew or anyone from KaysFIT Academy does not interfere in the registration process.
  • All runners must comply with the resort rules, booking terms, and conditions.

Coimbatore based Anushnath Ravichandran’s fitness journey began as recently as 2015. An architect-urban manager by profession, Anushnath combines his passion for endurance running with an avid interest in mountaineering. A keen outdoor enthusiast, he also happens to enjoy trekking and cycling in the hills.

He recently completed a multicity 100-day running challenge that was culminated by a 100km solo run on the last and the 100th day !! He has also successfully run multiple other Ultra distance events over the previous few years.

In spite of his hectic travel schedule, Anushnath manages to diligently follow a structured training plan, making it a point to complete his runs irrespective of terrain or weather.

His proclivity to take on new fitness challenges is what prompted him to sign for the 2019 edition of the OOTYULTRA making it his first Hill Ultra and also his first event in his home state. Anushnath is eagerly looking forward to joining the league of the #ultramalaivasis.

In the coming months, he has set himself some very ambitious goals at the top of which is to scale Mount Everest. He is also eyeing several of the top Ultra races around the globe such as the Badwater Ultra.

Anushnath has Alpha grade certification in both Basic Mountaineering and Basic Water Sports from the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. He is currently an active member of the Coimbatore. Runners Club (Saibaba Colony Striders Chapter). Before this, he was a part of Amdavad Distance Runners (ADR) club from 2017-2019. He also acknowledges the mentorship he has received from his mentor from Ahmedabad who has helped nurture his fitness dreams.

OOTYULTRA is excited to have Anushnath participate in the 60K event this year and join us in wishing him all the best, not just for this event but for meeting all his future running goals.
