  • Bison Ultra runners must book accommodation at the Last Shola Cottages or the Heavens Ledge Campsite.
  • Limited accommodation slots are available, and they will be allotted on a first-come-first basis.  Additional charges may apply to access the venue if you decide to stay elsewhere (or after the accommodation quota is exceeded).  The Heavens Ledge/Last Shola management decide this.
  • The estate owners decide the accommodation + food or the entry fee, and the Bison Ultra organizing crew or anyone from KaysFIT Academy does not interfere in the registration process.
  • All runners must comply with the resort rules, booking terms, and conditions.
  • Accommodation bookings will start from 4-Oct-2023.

Meet Devi Prashanth Shetty who will be running the 60K category at the Ooty Ultra. He recently completed a mind-boggling 220K run at the Hennur Bamboo Ultra.

Devi is an HR professional based out of Bangalore who is a keen fitness enthusiast and a passionate endurance runner. He started his running journey in 2013 when he was based out of France. Starting with short runs of 2-3 Kms he slowly built his mileage and completed several half and full marathon events in Europe. During this time he also took up Badminton and Boxing – he strongly believes that taking up these sports helped his breath control while running.

Devi has continued his running odyssey since his return to Bangalore – completing multiple Bangalore Ultras and several full and half marathon events in India.

His passion and enthusiasm have rubbed off on several friends and colleagues who have taken to fitness and running-inspired by him. He also coaches and mentors beginner runners taking a keen interest in their progress.

We’d like to wish Devi Prashanth Shetty all the best at the Ooty Ultra.
